Led by the compelling transgender singer and composer Liniker Barros, Liniker e os Caramelows create a contemporary sound which combines soul with the tropical heritage of MPB (popular Brazilian music) resulting in a beautiful, emotional and energetic show. The group's debut studio album, Remonta, recorded in São Paulo in 2016, was named one of the best albums of the year by Rolling Stone Brazil. A huge hit at this year's SXSW festival, Linker e os Caramelows are touring Canada for the first time. This show also featured opening act, Bruno Capinan.
